১. পণ্য রিটার্ন করার শর্তসমূহ

পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন আবেদন করতে হবে।

পণ্য অবশ্যই অপ্রয়োগ করা, অক্ষত এবং আসল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

প্যাকেজিং খোলা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

ব্যক্তিগত স্বাস্থ্য ও গোপনীয়তার কারণে ব্যবহৃত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

২. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া

রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য গ্রহণ করার পর রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।

রিফান্ড ৭-১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার পেমেন্ট মেথডে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে প্রক্রিয়ার কারণে সময় পার্থক্য হতে পারে।

৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জ সম্পূর্ণ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

রিটার্নের সময় পণ্যের শিপিং খরচ বা ডেলিভারি চার্জ কর্তন হতে পারে।

৪. ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য পাওয়া গেলে

পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

আমরা সমস্যার দ্রুত সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করব, যেমন পণ্যের পরিবর্তন বা রিফান্ড।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডের ব্যতিক্রম

ডিসকাউন্ট বা সেল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ভিন্ন শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
